Career Coaching
Many adults change their career for reasons such as layoffs, burnout, frustration, or boredom. All of these changes can become costly and exhaustive. Before you enter a career that paints you into another corner, let me help you find a career you can enjoy. A career that makes a difference in your life and the life of others.
"This assessment is a great way to determine your personality and how it fits in with potential careers." - Brenna - College Student

"It helped me identify my likes and dislikes towards my career map." - Cathy - Business Professional
Career coaching consists of using an assessment that simulates a career counseling experience based on Dr. John L. Holland's RIASEC theory. Dr. Holland believed both people and work environments can be classified according to six basic types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional (RIASEC).

Career coaching enables individuals to choose careers and fields of study that best match their self-reported skills and interests. Extensive research has shown that people whose job and work environments most closely match their personal style and interests tend to consider themselves satisfied and successful.

Using the comprehensive career exploration tool I can help you gain insight into the world of work and with your new self-understanding discover an occupational "match". In our coaching session you will answer questions about your aspirations, activities, competencies, occupations, and other self-estimates that will assist you to discover occupations that best fit your interests and skills.

I ask that we meet for at least three sessions to obtain a full career assessment and coaching.
