Spiritual Direction





Spiritual direction is the process of walking with others on their spiritual journey. As a life coach I base my sessions on solution focused coaching and as a spiritual director I purposely focus on Gods presence in your life. After completing a Masters in Pastoral Ministry and working in adult faith formation, I gained great insight in the power of spiritual direction. In spiritual direction we purposely invite God into the life coach relationship. We begin with prayer, check in on your spiritual walk, allow ample time for you to share your current spiritual battles and victories, and end with prayer. Spiritual direction in combination with life coaching leads to a very powerful and fulfilling session. Spiritual direction is not counseling, therapy or advice giving but it is the power of being present with listening and thought provoking questions. You may not want to set up high impact goals at this time but you may want someone to be present with you on your spiritual walk. You may be going thru some trials and tribulations at this time and need someone to confide in knowing that you will not be judged on what you say. As with all of my sessions, confidentiality is of great importance. If you prefer a coaching session with a focus on spiritual direction please specify in your email or intro session. Remember, you are the designer of these sessions. I am only meeting you where you are and where you want to go.

As a spiritual director and life coach, I want to assure you that I will never lure you away from your church or the direction of your pastor. I want you to stay faithful to your pastor and your church, unless you are in an unhealthy relationship. If you have an open and honest dialogue with your pastor or another spiritual director then please continue that relationship.
