Coaching Terms of Service – Guidelines and Agreement
This is our agreement that prevents me from being liable for any actions that you take in your life. I cannot make you do anything. You are the one that makes the decision. Change can come instantaneously or with time. Although there is no contract time, please commit some time to give coaching a chance. In order to make this a professional relationship, please take time to familiarize yourself with the following agreement.
Life Coaching Terms:
Life coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, or counseling but helping you discover the genius within you by using proven coaching tools in your specified area of need. Using solution focused coaching techniques and proven assessment tools my goal is to inform, educate and guide you in making successful solutions in your life. Goal oriented life coaching – Our aim is to make a path to achieve your desired goal.
Career Assessment Coaching – Using proven career assessment tools during our coaching session we work to find your chosen field and career.
Marriage Coaching - Using the proven Prepare-Enrich process couples complete an online assessment/inventory. Then, we meet (4-8 sessions) to discuss results used to explore strength and growth areas in the relationship.
Parent Coaching – Using the proven Breakthrough Parenting techniques we walk through 4 - 6 sessions to increase your awareness and skills as a parent.
Spiritual Direction/Christian coaching – Coaching in areas of spirituality.
Coaching Payment Plans: Prior to each coaching session payment is made via PayPal on the agape website. Pay either monthly or for a three month discounted plan.
Coaching by the session:
One hour coaching session ($45) - Phone session or face to face if you live locally.
One Month Email Coaching Support ($30) - Email support to help in between phone sessions. *
Three month coaching:
One hour coaching session per month for 3 months ($120) - Phone session or face to face if you live locally.
Three Months of Email Coaching Support ($75) - Email support to help in between phone sessions. *
*Please allow 24 hours for a reply email for all email support plans.
My Agreement to you:
I agree to be your Life Coach as long as all requirements above are met and you are willing to have me as your coach. My goal is to partner with you to help you seek that unlimited power that lies within you so you can achieve your goals personally and professionally.
As your coach I cannot guarantee results. You have to take action on the decisions you make. During our sessions, I will give you my undivided attention. I am a Life Coach/Spiritual Director and not a therapist or counselor. I am not trained to diagnose psychological or medical conditions. Therapy is about uncovering and recovering, while coaching is about discovering. If any psychological or medical issues arise I will defer you to a medical professional while attempting to maintain our coaching relationship. I reserve the right to cancel our coaching relationship at any time without refund of fees paid up to the time of cancellation.
Confidentiality:
Everything we discuss will be held confidential. I will never share any of our conversations or emails with anyone. Consider all communication private and sensitive.
Client’s Statement:
I am motivated and committed to take action in my life. I understand that anything less than my full participation will not lead to my success. I accept full responsibility for myself and any actions I take that might result from coaching. I agree to pay promptly by the first of the month. I agree not to take any legal action or hold any liability against Vincent (Vini) Nunez, Agape Life Coaching LLC and any personal and professional relationships he may be associated with. I hold all conversations and emails private and will treat all forms of communication from Agape Life Coaching and Vincent (Vini) Nunez confidential. I am free to cancel the Coaching relationship at any time without expecting any refund of fees already paid for up to the point of cancellation.
